Yes. We offer full assistance for both legal, religious and symbolic ceremonies. Legal weddings in Bali require specific documentation — but don’t worry, we’ll guide you through the entire process.
Can we have a completely custom wedding?
Absolutely. Every wedding we create is tailored to your story, vision, and preferences. From venue selection to design and entertainment, we ensure your celebration is uniquely yours.
Do you only work with certain venues or vendors?
No. While we have a trusted network of experienced partners in Bali, we’re always happy to explore new venues or collaborate with professionals that fit your style and values.
Can you help us choose a venue?
Yes. Venue scouting is one of our core services. We’ll provide curated recommendations based on your vision, group size, and preferences — including private villas, resorts, beach clubs, or churches.
What happens if it rains?
We always prepare a solid Plan B. Depending on your venue, we can shift the setup indoors or provide elegant tenting solutions to ensure the celebration continues smoothly, no matter the weather.
Can you help with guest accommodations and activities?
Definitely. We can suggest accommodation options at different price ranges to provide your guests with suitable options. We can also help arrange welcome events the day before the wedding, coordinate activities and day trips, boat cruise, and/or beach club reservation for the day after the wedding.
Do you offer partial planning services?
We specialize in full-service planning to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. However, we’re happy to discuss custom arrangements depending on your situation.
How do we communicate during the planning process?
We stay closely in touch via email, video calls, and a dedicated WhatsApp line for urgent matters. You’ll always know what’s happening and what comes next.
Are you available on the wedding day itself?
Absolutely. Our team is present on-site to coordinate every detail, cue vendors, support your bridal party, and ensure everything flows perfectly — so you can relax and enjoy every moment.

What are your fees?
Yes, our planning fee is 10% of wedding services that we manage. This covers the coordination, planning, and execution of your special day. Once we understand your vision and requirements, we’ll provide a detailed proposal with transparent pricing tailored to your event.
